Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure all materials meet quality standards
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, reach trucks, pallets, or other equipment
- Organize and store inventory efficiently
- Receive and verify pick tickets, pull materials, and prepare orders accurately
- Package, wrap, and stage orders for shipment
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of orders, stock movements, and inventory changes
- Drive a box truck locally between facilities as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Skills / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role
- Forklift and/or reach truck experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to occasionally work overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Forlklift Certification, or at least 1 years of experience
- Experience in regulated or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/warehouse setting
- May require standing, walking or sitting for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
