Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Internet Fulfillment Staff Person to join our expanding operation . The ideal candidate will be assisting with A/R , A/P functions and internet fulfillment functions.
Responsibilities
- Process and record sales orders and incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Utilize accounting software Sage 100 for financial reporting. Willing to train if familiar with some accounting software.
- Support accounts payable functions as needed, which include entering Receipt of Invoice and AP functions.
- Familiarity with Amazon 3rd party fulfillment or similar internet fulfillment software and operations.
- Customer service support.
- Experience
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and/or Accounts Payable Clerk in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with accounting software such as Quicken or Sage is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week
