Barsan Global Logistics is a leading international freight forwarding and logistics company operating in more than 65 countries worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated FCL Import Specialist to join our growing U.S. team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage ocean FCL import shipments from origin to final delivery.

Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, customers, truckers, and warehouses.

Arrange customs clearance and monitor shipment compliance requirements.

Review shipping documents including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices.

Track shipments and proactively update customers on shipment status.

Verify and process vendor invoices and customer billing.

Resolve shipment delays, demurrage, detention, and operational issues.

Maintain accurate records within the company's operating system.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Ocean Import Freight Forwarding.

Strong knowledge of FCL import operations and U.S. import procedures.

Familiarity with Customs regulations, ISF filing, and ocean carrier processes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with freight forwarding software is a plus.
