Mechanical Operator Technician
SHIFTS AVALIABLE-2nd 4:00pm-11:30pm & 3rd 11:30pm-8:00am
Job Skills: Mechanical Operator Technician must be self-motivated, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, customer focused can deliver attitude, organizational and communication skills. Needs to have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, and SAP.
Job Responsibilities
· Wash and load liquid trucks and dry bulk trucks (if applicable) according to environmental, personal safety, food safety and CMO and/or S.O.P. requirements.
· Unload railcars and/or trailers according to environmental, personal safety, food safety, and CMO and/or S.O.P. requirements.
· Perform assigned housekeeping and administrative duties including weight entries on loads, generating certificate analysis and bills of lading. Keeps work area clean and organized.
· Performs limited troubleshooting and light maintenance on process equipment, control systems, lab equipment an office equipment.
· Test and analyze product ensuring quality product to predetermined specifications.
· Move/weigh loaded trailers safely
· Ability to lift 75lbs
General Education, Knowledge & Skill Requirements (Complexity)
— High School Diploma or GED
Specialized Knowledge. Qualifications & Years of Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED. Requires some computer skills and capacity to learn computer skills. Requires the capacity to learn QA skills
