Overview
We are seeking energetic, service‑focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This general position may include duties as a Restaurant Server, Bartender, or Banquet Setup/Service Associate, depending on staffing needs. Team members deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing professional, courteous service in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Team Support (All Roles)
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit.
- Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work and service areas.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Server Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve items promptly.
- Operate the POS system and handle payments.
- Assist with table setup, bussing, and side‑work duties as needed.
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and keep the bar area clean.
- Verify guest identification to comply with legal alcohol‑service requirements.
- Handle difficult situations professionally while ensuring a safe environment.
Banquet Setup & Service Responsibilities
- Set up banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, risers, and meeting materials.
- Assist with buffet, beverage, or meal service during events.
- Break down and reset rooms after events, including cleaning, sweeping, and moving equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in serving, bartending, or banquet operations preferred; bartending requires at least one year of experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems (MICROS preferred for bartenders).
- For bartenders: basic mixology knowledge and compliance with NYS liquor laws required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.70 - $16.00 per hour
