Starting Salary: $35,000 per year

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday
7:30 AM until the day's operations are complete.
As Director of Operations, your workday begins at 7:30 AM and generally concludes once the last cleaning team has finished for the day and any remaining operational responsibilities have been completed, whichever occurs last.
While flexibility is an important part of this leadership role, it is very rare for our team to work past 5:00 PM. Our goal is to complete each day's work efficiently while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
As a member of our leadership team, you'll also be expected to:
- Attend our weekly EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) leadership meetings.
- Participate in company meetings and leadership planning sessions.
- Represent E-N-S Home Cleaning Solutions at community events such as parades, home and garden shows, networking events, and other promotional opportunities.
- Occasionally attend after-hours or special company events that support the continued growth of our business.
This is a full-time salaried leadership position. Success in this role is measured by helping the company, our employees, and our clients succeed, not simply by watching the clock.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Director of Operations, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our company running smoothly while ensuring every client and every employee receives exceptional support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Scheduling initial cleanings
- Managing recurring client schedules
- Handling appointment changes and cancellations
- Resolving customer concerns professionally
- Following up with leads and assisting with sales
- Communicating daily with our field technicians
- Coordinating schedule changes throughout the day
- Managing office operations
- Maintaining cleaning supply inventory
- Managing company laundry
- Processing accounts receivable
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Supporting employee coaching and development
- Participating in disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
- Improving systems and operational efficiency
- Maintaining company standards and quality control
- Filling in as a Cleaning Technician whenever operational needs require
As we continue growing, you'll also help lead additional office staff and eventually supervise an Operations Assistant.
THIS POSITION ISN'T FOR EVERYONE

After lunch you might interview a potential employee, help resolve a customer concern, order inventory, manage accounts receivable, or jump into the field to support your team during a busy day.

Previous experience in leadership, management, scheduling, customer service, hospitality, office administration, or operations is highly preferred.
Cleaning industry experience is helpful, but not required.

- Valid driver's license
