Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Seasonal Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team through the end of year. In this role, you will leverage innovative recruiting strategies and cutting-edge talent management platforms to identify the best talent for our organization. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate relationship management, and market trends analysis will drive our hiring success. Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, external recruiting channels, campus recruitment initiatives, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms like Salesforce and HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective candidate sourcing and CRM systems to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment plans aligned with market trends analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews focusing on clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing practices, and employment law compliance to ensure quality hires.
- Lead negotiations on employment contracts while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as Paychex and HRIS standards.
- Manage external recruiting efforts including cold calling potential candidates, lead generation activities, and managing relationships with staffing agencies or external recruiters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a focus on clinical staff or specialized roles.
- Proficiency in talent management tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, Lever or HRIS systems like HRIS or HRMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and labor regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and collaboration with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management and campus recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters or leading talent acquisition projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market trends analysis related to talent acquisition and external recruiting channels.
- Skills in negotiation, relationship management, employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives.
