Premier Pools & Spas, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing swimming pool builder, is seeking a highly capable Luxury Pool Technician to join our Northern Virginia team.
This is a key field role for an experienced professional who understands construction, takes ownership in the field, and knows how to solve problems without sacrificing quality. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple active job sites, identify issues before they escalate, communicate effectively with homeowners and trade partners, and help ensure every project meets our Premier Experience standards.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. It is a strong fit for a candidate with pool industry knowledge, construction experience, and the maturity to represent our company well in the field.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Performing pool equipment start-ups and verifying proper system operation
- Identifying, managing, and resolving punch-list and warranty items
- Inspecting job sites for workmanship, quality, safety, and progress
- Coordinating with subcontractors and field crews to maintain momentum and accountability
- Identifying potential field issues early and recommending effective solutions
- Managing multiple service and construction-related priorities across active projects
- Planning efficient daily travel and site visits
- Completing checklists, reports, and field documentation accurately and on time
- Communicating professionally with homeowners to maintain confidence and set clear expectations
- Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant job sites
- Supporting overall field operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience required
- Pool industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently in the field
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, job site flow, and quality control
- Solid troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills across multiple trades
- Experience working with subcontractors and monitoring field progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence with customers, crews, and vendors
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions, safety procedures, and field documentation
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Virginia DMV Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in a variety of weather and site conditions
