The Athletics Liaison and Dual Enrollment Specialist is a dual-function role within the Registrar’s Office. This individual serves as the primary Registrar liaison to the Athletics Department, ensuring institutional adherence to NCAA eligibility standards. Simultaneously, they manage the end-to-end data, records, and registration lifecycle for Dual Enrollment (DE) students. The Specialist ensures operational excellence through strict calendar management, precise degree audit maintenance, and proactive communication with partner high schools and internal stakeholders.

- Athletics Liaison
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Athletics Department and the Registrar’s Office to facilitate student-athlete success and compliance.
- Eligibility Verification: Collaborate with Admissions to verify the receipt of transcripts and expedite the evaluation of prospective student-athletes.
- Progress Toward Degree: Verify "Progress Toward Degree" requirements for all student-athletes, ensuring accurate tracking of credit hours and GPA thresholds.
- Academic Record Integrity: Review student-athlete records for changes in degree programs, grade updates, repeated courses, and remedial coursework to ensure continued NCAA eligibility.
