Summary:
We are seeking a Lead CNC Machinist with strong turning experience and milling experience. In this leadership role, you’ll own turning setups and guide production, while also managing milling setups. You’ll lead operations from programming to inspection, ensure quality, and help develop our team. We value self-sufficiency and offer opportunities for growth.
Duties:
- Lead turning operations.
- Manage milling setups.
- Run CNC operations efficiently from setup to inspection.
- Ensure quality and troubleshoot issues.
- Adapt to Fusion 360 programming.
- Mentor junior operators and collaborate to optimize workflow.
Requirements:
- Hands-on CNC turning experience.
- Hands-on CNC milling experience (Haas preferred, other controls acceptable).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our Fusion 360 workflow (prior Fusion 360 experience is a plus).
- Self-sufficient in running jobs from setup to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and quality commitment.
- Adaptability across machine platforms and willingness to mentor others.
Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
