What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest has a great experience. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering timely, friendly service and upholding Applebee’s standards.
- Managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Managing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Supporting operational excellence—from line checks to accurate paperwork.
- Jumping in wherever needed—cooking, bartending, or greeting guests.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining preferred).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
