Overview
We are seeking an experienced Master Technician/Lead Technician. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on gasoline, diesel engines and related systems.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, fuel, electrical, emission, cooling, steering, suspension, and brake systems.
- Lead and mentor technicians by providing technical guidance and training.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Assist service advisors with repair recommendations and technical explanations.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring repairs are completed accurately the first time.
- Reduce vehicle comebacks through proper diagnostics and repair verification.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and shop procedures.
- Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist management with improving shop efficiency and technician performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience preferred
- ASE Master Technician Certification (preferred)
- Diesel manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose complex drivability and electrical concerns
- Strong computer and scan tool proficiency
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the day.
- Work safely around heavy equipment and moving vehicles.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
