Position: Defense Litigation Attorney
A national firm is looking to grow it's CA defense practice is seeking a litigation attorney to own complex civil matters end-to-end - with the autonomy and compensation ($140k-$220k) that reflects that responsibility.

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in defending clients across a range of liability claims. You'll be trusted to lead cases, shape strategy, and deliver results.

Develop and execute litigation strategies.

Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings.

Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.

Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.

Stay current on legal trends and case law.

JD from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice in California.

4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.

Strong legal writing and courtroom skills.

Self-starter with excellent time management and communication.
-Base salary:-
$140,000-$220,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Location & schedule
