**Duties:**
- Manage office operations, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and events, and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date files and records, both physical and digital.
- Develop and implement effective office systems and procedures, including managing phone systems, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high levels of phone etiquette.
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as recruiting and hiring, training new employees, and administering employee benefits.
- Coordinate vendor management, including ordering supplies, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Plan and organize office events, meetings, and activities.
- Manage office inventory and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving office operations and increasing productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between management and other departments, providing support and assistance as needed.

- Proven experience in medical office management
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized files and records
- Strong human resources skills, including recruiting, hiring, and training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
