is a compassionate, client-focused home care agency providing non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. We’re expanding our services across Detroit Michigan and are looking for dedicated caregivers to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, we welcome kind-hearted individuals who love helping others.
Job Responsibilities:
+Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
+Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
+Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
+Light housekeeping (laundry, sweeping, changing linens)
+Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
+Assist with mobility and safety monitoring
+Provide transportation or escort to appointments (if applicable)
+Document care activities and report any concerns to the agency
✅ Requirements:
+High School Diploma or GED
+Must pass a background check
+Reliable transportation to client homes
+Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform caregiving duties
+Good communication and interpersonal skills
+CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
+Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home aide is preferred, but we will train the right person! No Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required!
