Very Small Metal Roof Installation –Gazebo Reroof (Over Existing Cedar Shake)

SCOPE OF WORK
- Inspect existing cedar shake roof for rot/soft spots and patch/repair decking as needed before covering
- Install synthetic underlayment over existing cedar shake roof
- Install 1"x3" furring strips across both roof tiers (spaced per plan) to level the surface
- Install Pro-Rib brown steel metal roofing panels across both tiers, cut to fit all hip lines
- Install hip cap flashing, eave trim, transition band flashing (between tiers), closure strips, and cupola cap flashing
- Seal all fastener penetrations and overlaps with butyl sealant
JOB DETAILS
- Structure: ~175 sq. ft. two-tier octagon gazebo roof with cupola at peak
- Materials: provided on-site, ready for install
- Estimated duration: 2–3 days
- Start date: 27th
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
