What You'll Do
As Shipping Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for all shipping and warehouse operations while ensuring safety, quality, accuracy, productivity, and exceptional customer service.
You will:
- Lead, develop, and mentor shipping personnel and supervisors
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Manage shipping schedules, warehouse workflows, inventory movements, and transportation coordination
- Partner closely with Production, Customer Service, Planning, and Maintenance teams
- Drive safety initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve operational challenges with urgency and professionalism
- Lead change initiatives that improve efficiency and support business growth

Must-Have Qualifications
- Leadership experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping systems, and logistics operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and customer focus
- Experience using ERP, warehouse, or inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
