Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and behavioral goals using evidence-based methods.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and document data rigorously to track client progress and inform necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of skills across environments.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavior analysis practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Skills
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to interpret data accurately and make data-driven decisions swiftly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.

Pay: $86,785.77 - $104,516.20 per year
