Graphic Prepress Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled Graphic Prepress Specialist who enjoys turning creative concepts into production-ready files.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare customer artwork for print and production primarily using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Review files for accuracy, print quality, sizing, fonts, bleeds, and color consistency.
- Create production-ready layouts for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, displays, packaging, and other custom products.
- Collaborate with sales, designers, project managers, and production staff to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Make artwork revisions based on customer and team feedback.
- Troubleshoot file issues and recommend the best production methods.
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Assist with workflow improvements and quality control throughout the production process.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (primarily Illustrator and InDesign)
- Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-format printing, sign manufacturing, or commercial print production
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
- Knowledge of print-ready file preparation, color management, and prepress processes
- Experience working with RIP software or digital print equipment is a plus

This is an on-site position located in St. George, Utah.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience.
