Client Service & Administrative Associate — Wealth Management
McCall Wealth Advisors | Pulaski, TN | Full-Time, On-Site
About McCall Wealth Advisors
McCall Wealth Advisors helps business owners plan for and navigate the sale of their companies — and build the wealth strategies that come after. We also provide comprehensive private wealth management for high-net-worth families, professionals, and multi-generational households.
Our team includes three CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals and Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA), serving a client base that spans individuals and families, business owners, and entertainment professionals. We're headquartered in Brentwood, TN, with a strategic office in Pulaski, TN.
McCall Wealth Advisors works in affiliation with Raymond James Financial Services for securities and investment advisory services and operates independently of Raymond James and First National Bank. Our focus is long-term: helping clients protect and extend their financial legacy.
The Role
McCall Wealth Advisors is seeking a Client Service and Administrative Associate to join our Pulaski office.
This role is the front door to our practice. You'll be the first voice clients and prospective clients hear, and the person who keeps the day-to-day running smoothly for our advisors and branch staff — scheduling, account paperwork, and the many small details that make a client feel cared for.
If you enjoy working with people, take pride in getting the details right, and want to build a long-term career, there's room to grow with us.
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and office visitors, offering warm, professional support to clients, advisors, and staff.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for advisors using Outlook, Zoom, Advisor Mobile, and the Raymond James Client Relationship Management (CRM).
Handle account administration — new account opening, transfers and rollovers, ACH and wire requests, check printing and deposits, and preparing materials for client meetings.
Build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders of McCall Wealth Advisors and First National Bank through responsive, proactive communication.
Respond promptly and accurately to questions and requests related to First National Bank services.
Keep administrative operations running smoothly, and step in to support teammates during busy stretches and time away.
Manage office supplies and inventory to keep the branch well stocked.
Bring a problem-solving mindset to special projects as they come up.
What You Bring
Two or more years of customer service or client service experience — financial services or banking preferred.
A client-first approach and genuine comfort in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including polished phone and email etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail — accuracy matters in this work.
Confidence with technology, including Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Microsoft Office.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating closely with an on-site team.
