Sr. Material Manager is a professional with extensive large to mega size material management project experience. This individual c oordinates Material Management efforts with Client/Partner, Engineers, Construction, Procurement (Expediting, Logistics, etc.) and Suppliers. This individual oversees all project level Material Management responsibilities. This position will report to the Procurement Operations Manager. This position may include managing other Material Managers at multiple locations supporting projects.
- Must have at least 5 years of large/mega industrial construction Materials Management experience. Prefer experience in multiple industrial market sectors. Must have experience managing large teams and coordinating efforts between multiple construction teams, such as project controls, administration, and construction. Prefer experience in material work packaging and detailed work planning. Prefer experience in managing multiple material managers and large teams.
- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university - Preferred
Salary/Pay Rate:
In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act, the expected salary range for this Illinois position, Senior Material Manager, is between $140,899 and $201,693, annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
