Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Vocal & Piano Coach to inspire and develop the musical talents of students across a variety of age groups and skill levels. This role offers an opportunity to foster creativity, build confidence, and cultivate a love for the arts through engaging instruction in vocal techniques and piano performance. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a nurturing approach to help students achieve their musical goals while enjoying a positive learning environment. Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for vocal and piano lessons tailored to individual student needs and skill levels
- Conduct engaging, energetic, and motivating lessons that incorporate proper vocal techniques, piano skills, music theory, and performance strategies
- Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all students
- Provide constructive and positive feedback to students on their progress, encouraging growth in technique, expression, and stage presence
- Oversee student in-studio performances, recitals, or showcases when possible
- Collaborate with parents and guardians when it comes to scheduling (after student is initially scheduled)
- Maintain records of student attendance and payment
Experience
- Competency in piano and vocal techniques
- Additional instruments welcome
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate behavior management strategies and classroom experience principles

Pay: $40.00 per hour
