We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of industrial products and solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in industrial markets.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet the needs of customers.

Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations at client sites.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.

Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, customer service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.

Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM software.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales (preferred).

Strong understanding of industrial products, machinery, tools, or equipment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Willingness to travel as required (up to 75% of the time).

CDL Required (can obtain once employed, company paid)
Preferred Skills:

Mechanical or technical background.

Experience selling to manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or similar industries.
