About the Role
As a Precision CNC Milling Specialist, you will play a vital role in fabricating high-quality components for the aerospace sector. You will leverage your technical expertise in operating vertical and horizontal machinery to ensure production excellence and contribute to the success of complex engineering projects.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise setups, loading, and operation of CNC milling equipment to meet production targets.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain an organized, safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.

Conduct manual deburring and finishing operations to meet strict quality standards.

Follow detailed process routing documents and perform accurate inspections to verify component integrity.

Document production results and maintain comprehensive records to support quality management systems.

Collaborate with shop personnel and management to troubleshoot machining challenges and optimize workflow.

Safeguard intellectual and physical property by adhering to rigorous operational security protocols.
Qualifications-
1-3 years of hands-on experience with vertical or horizontal CNC milling.

Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.

Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Strong foundational knowledge of machining processes such as drilling, turning, and tapping.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical proficiency.

Prior experience operating Bridgeport machinery.

Proven track record of inspection competence in a manufacturing environment.
