- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers, ensuring they understand all aspects of their potential purchase.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, presenting compelling offers, and closing sales confidently while maintaining profitability.
- Manage inventory control and support dealership operations by coordinating vehicle availability and ensuring accurate record-keeping within CRM software systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by providing clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional client interactions throughout the sales process.
