Pay is between $6 - $9 per hour plus daily/nightly CASH tipout from servers and bartenders.
Become a member of our dynamic team as a Busser/Barback, where you'll be the backbone of our restaurant/bar environment! Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours
- Assist bartenders and servers by replenishing supplies such as glassware, napkins, and utensils
- Keep all areas clean by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly to uphold health standards
- Support food preparation and delivery by bussing dishes and assisting with basic food handling tasks
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during food service and catering events
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Experience with food handling, catering, banquet service, or kitchen support roles is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain cleanliness standards across dining areas and back-of-house spaces
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work long hours and maintain grit throughout the shift
