A well-established health system in Western Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgeon to join a growing surgical service line with strong referral volume, excellent APP support, and immediate practice growth potential.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of experience preferred (New Grads encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable practicing independently

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery

Strong clinical and surgical judgment

Team-oriented physician interested in long-term program growth

Clean malpractice history strongly preferred

$575,000-$625,000 base salary +RVU productivity bonus structure
