Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Earn additional monthly bonuses based on key performance metrics:
- 0.5% of Monthly Gross Revenue for achieving Close % goals
- 0.5% of Monthly Gross Revenue for achieving NSLI goals
- 0.5% of Monthly Gross Revenue for achieving Monthly Sales goals

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead and manage a high-performing in-home sales team operating in a one-call close environment.
- Coach, implement, and reinforce our proven sales process to maximize performance and consistency.
- Develop sales representatives through ride-alongs, training, performance coaching, and accountability.
- Lead and support Team Leaders and Sales Trainers to ensure team-wide success.
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, close rates, and individual performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing sales talent.
- Assist sales representatives in real-time to help secure deals and maximize revenue.
- Help drive company growth through strong leadership, execution, and culture-building.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in in-home sales and one-call closing environments.
- Previous sales management experience with a track record of driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable.
- History of consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- Skilled in recruiting, training, and developing top-performing sales professionals.
- Experience in home remodeling, replacement windows and doors, or home services preferred.
- Competitive, athlete-like mindset with a relentless drive to win.
- Motivated by growth, achievement, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to support the team.
- Available to answer calls, work evenings and weekends, and assist sales representatives with closing opportunities when needed.
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
