We are looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume quick service burger restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, driving sales, maintaining food quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create employee schedules and oversee labor costs
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Drive sales performance and profitability
- Handle employee relations and performance management
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing teams and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of food safety and labor guidelines
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
