What You'll Do
Every resident has a unique story, preferences, and level of independence. Your role is to help them live with dignity while providing personalized support that follows their individual care plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications to residents timely and effectively.
- Working alongside our Wellness Directors to ensure medications are available and refills are made timely.
- Providing toileting and continence care
- Assisting with mobility and transfers using gait belts (no Hoyer lifts)
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Accurately documenting alert charting, change in care needs, or anything out of the ordinary.
- Creating meaningful moments through conversation, activities, walks, and companionship
- Working collaboratively with your teammates to provide outstanding care

Qualifications Required
- Current CNA, HCA, or NAC certification (Cannot be PENDING)
- Ability to safely assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- One year of Assisted Living or Memory Care experience as a Med-Tech
- Nurse Delegation certification
- Diabetes Management certification
