If you thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, understand heavy fleet maintenance, and know how to keep drivers safe and accountable, this role is for you.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities

- Afternoon Dispatch & Route Planning: Manage and execute all route dispatching in the afternoons for the following day to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Roll-Off Dumpster & Container Division Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations, drop-offs, pickups, and scheduling for the Roll-Off division. Work directly with customers to coordinate placement, swapping, and servicing for Roll-Off Dumpsters and Containers.
- Driver Ride-Alongs & Field Evaluations: Conduct regular driver ride-alongs to evaluate route efficiency, assess driving habits in real-world settings, mentor new hires, and reinforce safety and customer service standards on site.
- Shop & Partner Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Shop Coordinator, shop technicians, and partner company management to prioritize fleet repairs, PM schedules, and asset readiness.
- Safety & Telematics Management: Partner closely with the Safety Director to coordinate monthly safety programming, attend safety meetings across various divisions, and manage driver follow-ups.
- Targeted Driver Coaching: Assign and track targeted remedial courses via Infinit-I for drivers who trigger safety events on Samsara telematics.
- Timekeeping & Compliance: Track driver hours, route execution, and operational logs via Connecteam and Samsara.
- Weekend Operational Support: Provide occasional weekend dispatch assistance or phone support to handle high-priority loads or urgent field situations.
