What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live with dignity, independence, and joy by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social events
- Assisting with dining services and hydration
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition
- Responding promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Working as part of a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional resident care

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 5 years (Required)
- Dementia care: 3 years (Required)
- In-home support: 5 years (Preferred)
- Medication administration: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
