We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in clinical procedures, patient care, and medical administrative support.. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, delivering exceptional patient service, and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care. We are a specialists office with multiple openings in our various office locations. We are in Exton, West Chester, King of Prussia, Lansdale and Yardley, PA
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, including taking vital signs and recording comprehensive patient histories.
- Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, including data entry, documentation of patient encounters.
- Support medical administrative functions such as appointment scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and maintaining medical records.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Skills
- Competence in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and management of electronic health records.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
- Ability to manage office operations efficiently while maintaining compliance with health regulations and safety guidelines.
- Experience working in outpatient settings.
