Primary Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
- Greet and assist guests to identify their vehicle needs and educate them on our products.
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, finance options, and store policies.
- Facilitate customer test drives and ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features.
- Conduct educational conversations and business dealings that represent a superior customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and vehicle lot.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
