Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in daycare or childcare settings and possess strong communication skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support students in a classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement
- Aid in literacy education and other educational activities
- Assist with toddler care and supervision
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting
- Knowledge of classroom dynamics and effective communication techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
