Certified ADAS is seeking an experienced Master ADAS Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level calibration position. We are looking for a highly skilled technician with extensive experience in diagnostics, electrical repair, ADAS systems, suspension, alignments, airbags, and advanced vehicle repair procedures.
As vehicle technology continues to evolve, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) have become critical safety components. Certified ADAS specializes in OEM-compliant calibrations, diagnostics, programming, and repair solutions that ensure vehicles are returned to manufacturer specifications after collision repairs.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while solving complex vehicle issues across a wide range of manufacturers.
What You'll Do
- Perform Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations, scanning, diagnostics, and programming on domestic, European, and Asian vehicles
- Diagnose and repair electrical, communication, and network-related vehicle issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment
- Conduct suspension inspections and repairs related to ADAS calibration requirements
- Perform and verify wheel alignments to OEM specifications
- Diagnose and repair airbag/SRS systems
- Remove and reinstall dashboards, interiors, bumpers, sensors, cameras, radars, and related components
- Perform connector, wiring, harness, and circuit repairs
- Diagnose CAN Bus, LIN Bus, and vehicle communication faults
- Assist collision centers and technicians with complex diagnostic and repair concerns
- Program vehicle modules and perform OEM software updates
- Document repair procedures, calibration results, and diagnostic findings accurately
- Maintain compliance with OEM procedures and company quality standards
- Stay current with evolving ADAS technology, OEM repair procedures, and vehicle systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience
- ADAS calibration experience required
- Strong electrical diagnostic experience required
- Experience with OEM scan tools and diagnostic software preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- I-CAR ADAS Certifications preferred
- Experience with module programming and vehicle coding preferred
- Strong understanding of vehicle electronics and communication networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
