Location: Saint Paul, MN (55112)
Employment Type: 6-month Contract (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.75 per hour

Role Overview:
BEPC Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operator I/Medical Assembler to support our client’s production team in a cleanroom environment. This hands-on role focuses on assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices that meet strict quality and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior cleanroom or medical device experience looking for a stable weekday schedule and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble medical device components following detailed specifications
- Perform visual inspections and product testing to ensure quality standards
- Use microscopes for precision inspection tasks
- Package and label finished products for shipment
- Operate assembly tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with FDA and GMP regulations
- Maintain cleanroom standards, including proper gowning procedures
- Participate in cross-training across multiple production functions
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in a cleanroom environment (medical device industry preferred)
- Hands-on assembly experience
- Familiarity with SOPs, FDA regulations, and GMP standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Preferred:
- Experience with soldering and microscope-based inspection
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
