What We're Looking For
- GM or ASE certifications preferred (ASE A1–A8, L1 a plus)
- Minimum 2+ years of GM or domestic vehicle repair experience
- Proficiency with GM diagnostic systems and scan tools
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently
- Team-oriented attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac)
- Use GM-specific diagnostic tools and software (GDS2, Tech2, SPS) to identify and resolve issues
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Stay current with GM Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and required training
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with shop and OSHA standards
Starting pay is $35-$50 per hour flat rate (based on certifications/experience) with a full-time benefits package available.
