Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Be willing to help in the laundry department as needed
- Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Adhere to established housekeeping protocols and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
