ESC is seeking a motivated Installation Technician to work seasonally and/or part-time to support large-scale dispenser installations for a premier client in the janitorial and packaging industry. This flexible, project-based role is ideal for individuals looking for occasional work—including retirees, students, or those seeking supplemental income. Under the direction of the Director of Service, you will install and remove commercial dispensing equipment while delivering excellent service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of commercial dispensing units (paper towel, soap, etc.)
- Remove and replace existing dispensers as required
- Safely operate basic power tools (e.g., cordless drill)
- Maintain clear communication with Sales Representatives and Service Leadership
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
- Maintain company vehicle and report maintenance needs
- Assist with warehouse duties as required
Additional Support Responsibilities
- Flexibility to travel overnight or work occasional evenings when needed
- Assist other service team members on projects as requested
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to access equipment
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
