Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Punjabi and English

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach campaigns in designated neighborhoods to promote community programs, services, or initiatives.
- Engage residents through friendly, face-to-face conversations, clearly explaining the purpose of outreach efforts and answering questions.
- Utilize mobile devices to record interactions, update contact information, and track outreach progress efficiently.
- Promote fundraising efforts or community events by encouraging participation and gathering support.
- Build rapport with community members through effective communication skills, active listening, and negotiation when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach plans and share insights on community needs and feedback.
Skills
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or door-to-door marketing with a focus on outdoor work environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills combined with active listening and conversational engagement techniques.
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus for coordinating outreach teams or training new representatives.
- Bilingual abilities to communicate with a broader range of community members are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with mobile devices for data entry and communication during outreach activities.
- Experience in fundraising, community engagement, telemarketing, or sales roles that involve negotiation and persuasion.
