Housekeeper- Part Time, Year-Round

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our club house. The role includes general cleaning of public spaces, dining rooms, and activity areas, as well as, some event setup/breakdown. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work without constant direct supervision.
CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly cleans dining rooms and hallways, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and rechecking your own work for accuracy
- Straightens furniture and fixtures
- Replaces used items, Cleaning, Light Maintenance, Works with others.
- Reports any maintenance problems or product shortages
- Maintains a good pace while cleaning public spaces
- Has to be willing to work holidays (as needed)
- Has to work at least one weekend day
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
NECESSARY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Responds to guests in an appropriately friendly manner at all times
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Adaptability
- Has to be able to communicate well with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Ability and willingness to work mornings as scheduled, which may include working holidays and weekends
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift linen/boxes (up to 25 pounds).
