We are seeking a creative and adaptable Social Media Content Creation Intern to help produce engaging visual content for our social media platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with new creative tools, understands current social media trends, and is comfortable using AI-powered video and content-creation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos, graphics, and other content for social media platforms.
- Photograph products and edit images for digital and social media use.
- Use AI-powered video platforms and creative tools to develop and refine content.
- Assist with generating concepts for campaigns, product promotions, and social media posts.
- Edit video footage and prepare content in the appropriate formats for different platforms.
- Adapt content based on feedback and complete revisions as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital content files.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, creative tools, and AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using AI video or AI-assisted content-creation platforms.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with unfamiliar software.
- Comfortable with product photography, lighting, and basic photo editing.
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Good communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
- Graphic design, photography, video production, marketing, or a related area of study is preferred but not required.
Position Details
- Part-time contract internship (in-person, Pembroke Park office)
- Must have a laptop that can handle video editing
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Compensation: $18 per hour
- Payment issued monthly
- Schedule to be coordinated based on project needs and availability
