Full time job opening for Machine Operator/Trainee
4 Day Work Week!!!!! Monday - Thursday
Hours 5 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and company regulations
- Train, coach, and support employees or production processes and work standards
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Target production performance, downtime, and efficiency metrics
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the production area
- Fill in as machine operator as needed if not operating full time
- Corrugated experience preferred
- MUST know how to read a tape measure
- Self motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
