Typical Work Includes:
- General handyman repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Drywall repair & patching
- Trim, baseboards, doors, and light carpentry
- Work from ladders, sometimes at height
- Cabinet adjustments and minor installs
- Fence, soffit, fascia, and exterior repairs
- Punch-list work for rentals, homeowners, and property managers
- Occasional prep or carpentry support on painting projects
- (No heavy framing or major structural work unless qualified)
Requirements:
- Proven handyman or carpentry experience
- Own basic tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude with clients
- Ability to work independently and follow scope instructions
Bonus (not required):
- Painting or finishing experience
- Experience with rental turns or property management work
