Position Summary
The MSP Supplier Coordinator (Contingent Workforce Coordinator) supports the daily operations of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, ensuring successful delivery of contingent workforce management, supplier coordination, contractor onboarding, and compliance.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing vendors/suppliers, manages onboarding workflows within a Vendor Management System (VMS), and ensures alignment with MSA, SLA, and workforce compliance requirements.
Ideal candidates will have experience in staffing, HR operations, vendor management, or MSP programs, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume onboarding activity in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesContingent Workforce Operations & Program Support
- Serve as primary contact for staffing suppliers, recruiting vendors, and workforce partners
- Manage end-to-end contractor onboarding, including communication, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Ensure onboarding meets SLA timelines, MSA requirements, and client workforce policies
- Support MSP program delivery and workforce operations execution
- Respond to inquiries across HR, staffing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Generate reports, workforce metrics, and VMS data analysis
- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience
Supplier / Vendor Management
- Maintain relationships with approved staffing agencies and vendors
- Enforce program governance, vendor compliance, and onboarding workflows
- Monitor vendor performance, including:
- SLA/KPI adherence
- Time-to-onboard / onboarding efficiency
- Compliance & documentation accuracy
- Escalate vendor performance issues, onboarding delays, and compliance gaps
- Support issue resolution related to contractor lifecycle management
- Provide VMS training and system support
Performance & Metrics
- Meet or exceed onboarding SLAs and service delivery benchmarks
- Maintain accurate workforce data, records, and compliance documentation
- Support high-volume staffing operations with strong prioritization
- Ensure client satisfaction and service excellence metrics are achieved
Required Qualifications (Keyword-Optimized)
- Experience in the staffing Industry, recruiting operations, MSP, RPO, or HR coordination
- Knowledge of contingent workforce management and vendor programs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume staffing environments
- High attention to detail with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with compliance, onboarding workflows, and workforce operations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Staffing / Recruiting Coordination
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs
- Vendor Management / Supplier Management
- HR Operations / Workforce Administration
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
