Company: Caliber Paving - Established California-based contractor expanding into Arizona
We are expanding into the Phoenix market and seeking a driven, construction-savvy Sales Executive to help build our presence from the ground up.
This is a true paving sales role — not sealcoat and striping. You will be responsible for developing business, walking job sites, estimating work, and partnering with operations to successfully launch projects.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how asphalt work is built and wants to play a key role in growing a new market.
