Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and special education, with a focus on working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavioral changes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the development of effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology.
- Proficient in patient care techniques, including behavioral therapy approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and patient assessment tools.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
