What You'll Do
- Assist customers through the loan application and approval process
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Process loan payments and loan transactions
- Handle light collection calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Build relationships within the community through local marketing efforts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
