- Schedule 2: Sun, Mon & Fri: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM; Sat: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Schedule 3: Sun–Wed & Sat: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Schedule 4: Mon–Tue & Thu–Sat: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Make a difference every day. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Residential Counselors to support adults with mental health challenges in a community residential setting. In this role, you'll help individuals build independent living skills, achieve personal goals, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support with daily living skills and individualized treatment goals.
- Build positive, person-centered relationships with residents.
- Administer medications (MAP certified or willing to obtain certification).
- Support residents during crises using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches.
- Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe home.
- Complete required documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license for 6+ months, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- CPR and First Aid certification required within two weeks of hire; MAP certification required within 150 days.

Pay: $23.58 per hour
